A native of Colorado, Jasmine Michelle Smith’s acting career took off upon moving to Columbus, Ohio when she landed the role of Rosemary in the Centennial High School production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Never one to stay still for long, she subsequently played The Millworker in Centennial’s production of Working. Jasmine received her B.A in Theatre from The Ohio State University. Her undergraduate years at OSU included the role of Zetta in Dog Act by Liz Duffy Adams, Marisol Perez in Jose Rivera's Marisol, Becca in Rabbit Hole, and Heather Duke in Heathers: The Musical. Jasmine has been active in the choruses of Columbus Children’s Theatre’s Pre-Professional Company, in their productions of Hairspray and West Side Story. She was most recently a part of the Dog Man: The Musical national tour with TheaterWorksUSA. Jasmine is currently based in New York City.
